Day 1: Kampala – Lake Mburo

• After an early morning breakfast, leave Kampala for Western Uganda
• En route, you will find a local community popular for making royal drums and crafts and a fruit market. Stop over, admire and buy yourselves souvenirs. Proceed for the equator line and take photographs
• Have your lunch at Igongo cultural Centre
• Take an educative tour of Igongo museum as you learn about the history and culture of the tribes of South – Western Uganda
• A traditional dancing troupe and  indigenous instrumental music can be performed live for your entertainment.
• In the evening, leave Igongo and drive to the Lake Mburo Park headquarters
• Have dinner and overnight at Lake Mburo National Park

Day 2: Lake Mburo – Kampala

• The game drive after breakfast  is scheduled very early for better chances of seeing many wild creatures grazing, hunting and foraging for food after a long night.
• On the game drive, look out for herds of zebras, topis, water hogs, waterbucks, elands, impalas klipspringers and leopard, hyena and rothschild’s giraffe.
• Return to your lodge for lunch in the park grounds
• After lunch, take a boat cruise on the lake to watch birds, hippos, crocodiles  species that you missed on the game drive.
• Leave the Park and arrive in Kampala by evening.
